About Department

The Civil Engineering department, established in 2017, is a crucial component in the advancement of any nation’s growth and development. Its scope encompasses various infrastructural projects such as roads, buildings, railways, airports, dams, drainage and irrigation canal systems, and water supply networks, all of which rely on the expertise and services of civil engineers.

The department offers a structured curriculum covering essential subjects necessary for the planning, design, and management of diverse civil engineering projects. This curriculum fosters a comprehensive understanding of engineering principles and practices applicable to various domains including building construction, bridge engineering, hydraulic structures, environmental systems, and transportation networks. Through a blend of theoretical learning, practical training, and project work, students are equipped with a professional mindset necessary for success in the field.

The department’s laboratories play a vital role in enhancing the learning experience and practical skills of students. These laboratories include:
